COMMUNICATIONS 

The Trustee will look after your savings for you and will also send regular updates so that you know what is going on. It is really important that you register for electronic communications with a personal email address so we can contact you easily.

  • The member guide and other pages on this site provide lots of useful information about your pension savings and how you can use them to provide an income in retirement.

  • You can find details of any news item on this website. We may send you an email to let you know that there is a new item to read.

  • The Trustee produces a benefit statement each year which shows you how much you have saved, whether your investments have grown and how much income you are likely to get when you retire.

    This statement is available on the Cheviot Dashboard and you can also see the statements for previous years. The statements are calculated at 31 December each year and are usually published between April-August.

  • Each year Cheviot produces a Report to Members. It is usually issued in the summer and tells you about the Trustee directors, what’s happened during the year and other useful retirement planning information.

  • Cheviot’s administration team is employed directly by the Trustee. You can contact them by phone, email or post. Usually, the same team member will deal with your query or transaction from start to finish, so you don’t have to keep explaining what you need.

  • The Trustee is keen to receive feedback from members about what we do well and what we could do better. Please contact us with any comments to help us make the service better for all members.
